They specialize in Thai products (owner is from Thailand) but have ingredients for other Asian cuisines / generalized products as well. The owner is always very friendly. Yes, the place is a little crowded and messy, but that's because he has a fair amount of restaurant clientele and pushes a lot of volume through a small store. The staff has always been happy to help me find what I need. Prices are good.

Still says "Saigon Supermarket" on the outside and feels like Saigon Supermarket on the inside. If you're looking for southeast Asian food, it's the place to go on this side of town. It's got that cramped low budget ambience that makes me feel like I'm back in Houston. Inventory can be a little hit or miss. Love that I can usually get dragon fruit, Thai bananas, oyster mushrooms and a variety of rice
I've been coming here for 7 years. Small but really awesome store. Staff is always friendly and helpful, as others have said. Owner has always been happy to order things that I want to buy regularly.
